Do you mix your Shaklee Life Shake Protein in a blender bottle and are looking for recipes you can use?
Put your 2 scoops of protein in the blender bottle, milk of your choice, a few ice cubes and choose a recipe from below.
Here are a few from other Shaklee users!
- Add Physique for flavor and the muscle rebuilding bio-build formula
- Add spices (1/2 – 1 tsp): cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, cardamom etc.
- Add cayenne to chocolate for a sweet and spicy taste
- Add PB2 powdered peanut butter. I LOVE this! Just used the powdered peanut butter one today with vanilla and almond milk.
- Add specialty spices like Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake from WildTree
- Add extracts like peppermint, lemon, and almond
- Add 3-4 oz of coffee concentrate
- Add an additional scoop of protein (3 scoops) with 12 oz water
Some also choose to blend at home and then shake up in the blender bottle at the office, school, etc.
You can also choose Shaklee Life Shake as a healthy snack. Just use one scoop of protein powder with your milk and you have a tasty healthy snack.
