- Anti-Perspirant Cream: I keep telling more and more people about this product. I used to use the roll on which is good and somehow ordered this by accident. I was a bit taken back at first, as this is a cream that you put on with your hands. But it is not greasy and absorbs quickly. But what I love most about it is that at the end of a long, busy day, I am not stinky. My teenage daughter loves the product also as it is great when she is our marching with Marching Band or rollerblading. I have also heard it being used to help prevent chaffing and irritation in the hot weather. Try it out.

- Joint Muscle Pain Cream: Whether you are a serious athlete or a weekend warrior, this is essential to have in your cabinet. Many use Bengay or Bio Freeze. This Joint cream is better in that it targets the area of pain and soaks in rapidly. What that means for you is that the smell doesn’t linger on your clothes or sheets. It’s non-greasy and really eases the pain. As in Shaklee style, paraben free and a little goes a long way.

- Performance Sports drink: When hydration is a need, this is what we reach for. Performance is a great powdered drink that we mix in a water bottle, perfect for kids in sports, or for my husband and me with our running. The key is that is has nothing artificial in the way of colors or sweeteners, has less sugar than the Gatorades and a better mix of electrolytes so it absorbs quickly into the stomach. It’s also clinically proven to hydrate better than water. My husband also informed me that Powerade folks just agreed to remove ingredients from their product, apparently there was something that was a flame retardant in Powerade. Yikes. Here is the article about it. And that Powerade company….yes, it’s Coca Cola. The flame retardant material is Brominated Vegetable Oil.

- Energy Chews: These little chews are in our sports Nutrition line but so many others use them. They are similar to a Starburst Chew. Their Lime flavor is refreshing as they are filled with B vitamins, which we all know convert our food to energy. Plus they are filled with L-theanine and Tyrosine that are components of green tea. These really help to increase your focus and awareness. I love these little gems for long car rides, long meetings, long days and long runs. My boys use them before hockey games and workouts. - Enfuselle SPF 30 for the body: This is an outstanding sunscreen for the whole family. UVA and UVB protection in a non-greasy and paraben free formulation. It has the same liposomal delivery system that the other Anti-aging skin care products in the Enfuselle line have so it soaks in right away and starts the protection right away. A little bit goes a long way. I love this with the kids as it doesn’t sting their eyes and really protects them for a long time even when they are in and out of the water and running around in the sun.
