How do we lose weight? What do we consider as healthy weight loss?
It’s hard to talk with someone about their weight issues and feel comfortable sharing with someone a suggestion of what might work for them to lose weight. Weight loss many times is more than losing a few pounds. There is a big emotional component. Plus many have tried so many tricks and programs to lose weight and they have not worked. This gal below was thankful that one of her friends shared that the Shaklee 180 program may be the thing for her.
Now Heather is 30 pounds lighter and healthier. I think her story is worth sharing.

I think her story prior to weight loss is typical of many. I encounter many gals who are always tired and frustrated with their size. If the clothes don’t fit right, you spend your day being uncomfortable.
Shaklee 180 is easy to follow and impacts more than your weight. As you lose weight, your energy level increases, your moods improve and you gain a confidence that is positive and energized. The key ingredient in the 180 program is Leucine, an amino acid that works to help your body hold onto muscle mass and thus slim off your fat, even the visceral fat (the fat around your organs). Leucine, which isn’t produced by the human body, is found in protein-rich animal foods such as beef, chicken, fish, dairy, and eggs. It is also found in all the Shaklee 180 products.
