It’s Shamrock Shake time around here. I think I may have had one or two in my time.
Do you have many calories are in that shake?
The Breakdown is:
820 Calories
23 g Fat
18 g protein
125 g. carbs
115 g sugar
and 54 ingredients !!! Yikes !!!
I found a couple alternatives that sound a bit more healthy.
I am not sure the calorie count but they cure have to be less than the above.
And so many less ingredients.
Mint Chocolate Shake Ingredients:
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (Shaklee 180 Chocolate is a great choice )
1 cup fresh or frozen spinach
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 T dark cocoa
1 tsp mint extract
½ cup water
½ cup ice
Optional- 2 oz avocado (adds thick & creamy texture)
Directions: Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
